At iHOLON, we provide comprehensive support under the Specified Skilled Worker program—from recruitment of foreign talent to retention support, career development, and assistance with daily life. We have established a support system that is attentive to both employers and foreign workers, helping companies appropriately and smoothly accept Specified Skilled Workers and create an environment where they can be employed with confidence.
A Registered Support Organization is an entity entrusted by the host organization to assist in the preparation of support plans and to carry out various forms of support.
As a Registered Support Organization, iHOLON offers total support for Specified Skilled Worker (i) employees, including proxy application for residence status, arrangement of housing and utilities, life orientation, daily consultation services, and Japanese language learning assistance. Through these services, we help reduce the burden on host companies while ensuring the successful retention and active contribution of foreign talent.
"With the aging of our staff and the expectation that securing local human resources will become increasingly difficult in the future, we began seriously gathering information with a view to accepting foreign personnel.
During seminars and individual consultation sessions where we spoke with several companies, our main concern was whether staff could settle and stay long-term at our facility in Kumamoto, which does not have convenient transportation access.
Among them, iHOLON gave us the strong impression of having an exceptionally high level of matching accuracy compared to other companies. When selecting candidates, they carefully confirm points such as whether the person prefers urban life and whether, based on their upbringing, they can adapt to living in a rural area. This gave us great reassurance."
Companies or sole proprietors accepting Specified Skilled Workers must meet certain requirements as a “host organization.” While prior certification is not required, it is necessary to comply with the legal requirements and establish an appropriate support system.
Please feel free to contact us for more details.
Host organizations are required to provide the following 10 types of support:
*Pre-arrival life guidance
*Pick-up and drop-off at the time of entry and departure

Yes, in-person interviews overseas are possible.
However, since travel and interpretation costs will apply, we recommend conducting interviews online via video call. We can accommodate either method based on your preference.
The costs for mandatory support are generally borne by the host organization (company).
