Talent Dispatch

Service overview

We provide a flexible staffing service that enables you to utilize personnel with the skills and experience you require, for exactly the period you need them.

Leveraging our many years of proven track record and expertise, we cover a wide range of occupations and employment types — from on-site workers to specialized professionals such as those in research and development, as well as temp-to-perm placements and part-time staffing. We ensure the prompt and reliable introduction of the most suitable candidates.

We also respond quickly to requests for personnel who can work continuously for one month or longer. Our dedicated coordinators carefully assess each staff member’s suitability to ensure the best possible match. From our database of over 10,000 registered staff, we can flexibly dispatch personnel capable of handling a wide variety of work assignments.

Benefits of using a recruitment service

① Capable of handling peak seasons, large-scale projects, fixed-term, urgent, or high-volume hiring needs

Securing “the right people,” “at the right time,” “for the right duration,” and “in the right numbers” — which can be difficult with direct hiring — can be achieved quickly and efficiently through temporary staffing.

② Proposing the most suitable personnel from a diverse pool of talent with various experiences and skills

From highly skilled specialists to versatile generalists with proven track records across a wide range of industries and occupations, we dispatch personnel who match your company’s needs and can contribute immediately. As most of our temporary staff have prior professional experience, they possess fundamental business manners and job skills, allowing them to perform effectively without the need for additional training costs.

③ Significantly reduce the workload and costs associated with recruitment, hiring, and labor management

As there is no direct employment relationship with temporary staff, there is no need for administrative tasks such as recruitment activities, hiring procedures, payroll processing, or social insurance enrollment. From hiring to post-placement management, you can greatly reduce both operational burdens and costs.

Yes, we can accommodate such requests. We offer flexible staffing options to match your workload, whether it is during busy periods at the end/beginning of the month or for only 3–4 days a week.

However, depending on the contract period and job content, there may be limitations on the staff we can assign. Please contact us for more details.

As a rule, it is not possible to switch a temporary staff member to direct employment during the dispatch contract period. If you wish to hire directly, we ask that you do so at the end of the contract term.

However, if all three parties—the client company, the staffing agency, and the temporary staff member—agree, it is possible to terminate the dispatch contract and sign a new temp-to-perm placement contract.
